Before you publish this: this was drafted to accurately describe what VG Awesome Dogs™ / Pack Playdate™ actually offers, based on a review of the site's own code — not a legal opinion. Have a lawyer review it before relying on it, particularly the Pack Playdate™ in-person-meetup and liability sections below, since real-world safety terms are exactly where a generic template is riskiest to rely on unreviewed. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vgawesomedogs.com, including its free browser games and the Pack Playdate™ dog-matching feature (together, the "Service"), operated by VG Awesome Dogs™ ("VG Awesome Dogs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. See also our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Who can use the Service

The free games are meant for dog lovers of all ages. Creating a Pack Playdate™ account requires an email address and involves arranging in-person meetups with other members, so you must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and if you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before creating one. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

2. The games

The browser games on the site (Math Pack™, Pawdoku™, Paws & Rackets™, Pawssword™, Pup Bowl™, Snuffle Search™, Squeaky Squash™, Zoomies Grand Prix™, Fetch Cup Football™, The Barkade Pinball, Homeward Hounds™, Checkmutt™, and the dog breed quiz) are provided free of charge, for entertainment and casual educational purposes. No account is required to play them. Breed-quiz results and other in-game content are meant as fun, general information — as the quiz itself notes, breed tendencies are useful clues, not promises, since individual dogs vary — and shouldn't be treated as professional veterinary, training, or breeder advice.

3. Pack Playdate™ accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
You can sign in with a password, a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a security key), or your Google or Apple account. However you sign in, one email address can only be associated with one account.
The information you enter for your dog's registration (owner name, dog's name, breed, birth month/year, ZIP code, traits, and photo) is shown to other members you're matched with. Don't include anyone's precise home address or other people's personal information in it.
You must own the rights to any photo you upload, and it must actually be a photo of your own dog. Don't upload anything illegal, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a family-friendly, dog-community site.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, misuses the matching feature, or is used to harass or endanger another member.

4. Pack Playdate™ matches and meeting other members

Please read this section carefully. Pack Playdate™ suggests other dogs and owners it thinks you might get along with, based on breed, age, location, and the traits you select — but we do not run background checks on members, verify anyone's identity beyond their email or sign-in provider, or supervise any playdate. Meeting another member and arranging a playdate is entirely between you and them, at your own discretion and risk.

Use good judgment: meet in a public, well-lit place for a first playdate, consider bringing another person, and supervise your dog at all times around unfamiliar dogs and people.
You are solely responsible for your own safety, your dog's safety and behavior, and any injury, damage, disagreement, or incident that occurs during or as a result of a playdate arranged through the Service, whether involving people, dogs, or property.
We are not a party to, and have no responsibility for, interactions or disputes between members. If a member's behavior concerns you, stop communicating with them and let us know at the contact below so we can review their account.

5. Trading card pre-order interest

The "Reserve your pack" section lets you send us a message expressing interest in VG Awesome Dogs™ trading cards. This is not a purchase, order, or payment — no card details or money are collected on the site, and clicking the button simply opens an email addressed to us with the information you entered. Sending it does not create a binding order, reserve a specific price, or guarantee a card will ship; we'll follow up by email if and when preorders actually open.

6. Content and intellectual property

"VG Awesome Dogs™," "Pack Playdate™," and the individual game names (Math Pack™, Pawdoku™, Paws & Rackets™, Pawssword™, Pup Bowl™, Snuffle Search™, Squeaky Squash™, Zoomies Grand Prix™, Fetch Cup Football™, The Barkade Pinball, Homeward Hounds™, Checkmutt™) are trademarks or brand names of VG Awesome Dogs™. The games, artwork, text, and code that make up the Service are owned by us or used under license, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create competing products from the Service without our permission.

You keep ownership of the photos and profile content you upload. By uploading a dog photo or profile content, you give us a license to display it to other members within the Service for the purpose of operating Pack Playdate™ — nothing more.

7. Third-party sign-in and services

If you use "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple," your use of that sign-in method is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Any AKC breed-profile links or other outbound links from the Service take you to third-party sites we don't control and aren't responsible for.

8. Disclaimers

The Service, including the games, breed-quiz results, and Pack Playdate™ matching, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular match, game outcome, or preorder will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VG Awesome Dogs™ and its founders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service — including, without limitation, any injury, loss, or dispute arising from a playdate or other meetup arranged through Pack Playdate™. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the past twelve months, which for most users will be zero, since the Service is free.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold VG Awesome Dogs™ harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other members, including any playdate you arrange.

11. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for significant changes we'll make a reasonable effort to let members know. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles[, and the laws of the State of _____ specifically] — replace the bracketed part with your own state once you've decided, or remove it and keep this general.
